About the project

During my 18 months at John Lewis working as part of the Continuous Improvement stream, I lead the UI/UX design on the “quick view” feature on the product grid page. This first iteration is targeted for use on fashion products and the aim was to make it easier for customers to browse and add to basket.

It was switched on for Women’s Petit clothing, this was tested to see the impact on conversion via an A/B test comparing metrics for customers who see the new feature versus those who won’t.
